Aftkhar Aslam is Co-Founder and CEO of yieldWerx, brings over 30 years of expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, test engineering, and digital transformation.
He served as the Worldwide Test & Yield Management Solutions Director at Texas Instrument where he led digital transformation cross all of TI Fabs & OSAT’s for Real Time Test Data Collection, Control & Analysis, Foundry, OSAT Tiger Team Member for Foundry & Fab Startups. Aftkhar also served as the Worldwide Director for R&D/Design & Engineering Applications where he provided alignment & support for design engineers ranging from EDA tools, compute, design methodologies across hardware & software disciplines.
At Accenture he worked as the Digital Transformation Director and was responsible for Digital Twin/Digital Thread transformation across multiple industries. He also acted as a consultant and SME to the various Product Lifecycle Management Solution providers including Dassault Systemes, PTC Windchill, Siemens Team Center, Oracle Agile. He also led digital transformation strategy, design & implementation at some of the largest Semiconductor & high-tech companies such as Intel, Qualcomm, Global Foundries, Lam Research and Skyworks.
Omar Malik is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the semiconductor and renewable energy sectors across the US and Asia. As Co-Founder and COO of yieldWerx, he leads yieldWerx’s growth into new markets, and the execution of new business development initiatives.
With a BBA in Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from INSEAD, Omar has founded and grown several businesses in the IT and Renewable Energy sectors. The energy sector, Omar has played a pivotal role in the development of over 6,000 MW of renewable and conventional power plants. He has also co-founded Shams Power, one of Asia’s largest distributed solar energy platform.
Osman Chaudry is a business and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in software development, investment management, and e-commerce. With a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, he has a proven track record of driving success in both global enterprises and startups across Europe, the USA, and Asia.
Osman began his career at Goldman Sachs International, where he held multiple leadership roles in the Technology Division. He then led departments at NETSOL, a leading software provider for the asset finance industry. Osman also held several C-level positions at Cheetay, an e-commerce and logistics startup.
Frank Poehl is a seasoned semiconductor professional with over 25 years of deep technical expertise in Design for Test (DFT), Test Development, and Yield Management. With a robust career at leading technology companies such as Intel, Apple, and Infineon, Frank has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry, positioning him as an expert in both the technical and strategic facets of the business.
At yieldWerx, Frank applies his vast technical background and strategic insights to lead Business Development efforts across Europe. Through this role, he is responsible for managing key client relationships and fostering strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation across the entire European semiconductor space.
Tina is a highly accomplished Business Analyst with an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. With over 10 years of experience at Texas Instruments, she has a track record of successfully leading multiple high-stakes, enterprise-level projects, including M&A portfolios that streamlined corporate processes and enhanced operational efficiency. Her extensive expertise in both content strategy and business analysis allows her to breakdown and simplify complex, technical concepts.
